I also ask that you please do not DM me in roleplay as your first message or I will block you! I also ask to please not do any kind of self insert Roleplay with me as I am not comfortable with those kinds of roleplays!

Drawing Requests
You can request a sketch through my strawpage if you would like! I will at most do Sketch Requests as the only free thing, but all requests must go through my Strawpage. I will not accept them going through DMs.
Terms of Service
Before you can commission me, please read over my terms and conditions for commissioning me for any art or for any service you need involving some kind of commercial use product (like Thumbnail or banner).
How To Commission Me
To contact me for Commissions or other services, you are free to contact me via the following platforms:

How Long Commissions Take
Time on how long Commissions will take will vary depending the Commission Type as well as my scheduling.
Payment
Upon commissioning, you are welcome to put down a downpayment of a minimum of $5 to $10 depending the Commission Type. You are more than welcome to pay in full immediately.Preferred Payment Methods will vary depending on how you commission me.If contacted through DMs/Messages, I will have you preferably pay with Venmo.Note that if you commission me through Ko-fi, you will be paying in full for your commission compared to commissioning me through messages/DMs.
Refund
You may issue a refund under the following reasons:
If you no longer have the funds to pay for your commission
No longer want the commission
Please note that if you do not have any funds to further pay for your commission if doing a payment plan on it, I am more than welcome to withhold the commission until you have funds to fully pay for it and may continue work on it only when it has been paid for.If you no longer want the commission to be fulfilled, the commission must not yet be completed and still be in a WIP stage. If your commission is completed, I will expect full payment of your commission, I can withhold it if you need the time to fully pay for the commission.If payment is not fulfilled within at least a month of not having fully paid for your commission, your commission will be erased and no longer be worked on as well. You will also be blacklisted from commissioning me.
WIPs
WIPs will occasionally be sent to you through messages/DMs or posted via social media. You are welcome to ask for occasional WIP images of your commission. However I ask to please refrain from asking daily or too much.
Posting My Work on Social Media
If it's your commission, you are welcome to post it freely on social media. However please refrain from removing my signature from the artwork and do not claim you made it.
I Will Not Tolerate
Public comments or DMs/Messages that ask me if Requests are open. I will do Sketch Requests for free but I will not do full line art and color for free.
Spam messaging about your commission
Establishing a time limit on your commission I am working on when no time limit/due date was addressed upon agreeing to the Commission
Attempting to haggle or ask for a lower price on my commissions that have already established prices
Any of the following listed above will result in being blocked and blacklisted from commissioning me. I will also not accept commission work from some people listed via my Do Not Follow list (i.e Crypto/NFT Supporters, GenAI Supporters, MAGA Supporters)
Commercial Use
Unless your commission type is specifically a commercially used item (i.e Profile Banner, Video Thumbnail, etc.) made specifically for you and you only, you cannot use my art for the following:
Being used to mint/create NFTs
Being used to train AI
Being used via Banners and/or Thumbnails if it's my work you did not commission for
NSFW Commissions
NSFW Commissions are for customers/users whom are 18 years or older! Please provide your age via bio on any social media platform or provide me your date of birth.Users/Customers under the age of 18 will be denied a commission for NSFW related works.
